You’ll report directly to our Copywriter and collaborate closely with Creative, Social, Marketing, and CX to oversee community management. The right person for this role loves being online, is naturally funny, has strong decision\-making skills, and is excited to write. You’ll be asked to act quickly, juggle multiple conversations on different apps, and comfortably balance humor while staying mindful of our brand presence and audience. If you feel like you really “get” social media, understand how tone reads online, and want to write for real people, please keep scrolling :) ### **you’ll be asked to** * Own daily community management across all social platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) with a focus on monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, and user generated content * Maintain fast, thoughtful responses across social platforms while balancing humor, warmth, and brand self\-awareness * Collaborate with the Influencer/Marketing team to create copy for seeding initiatives, gifting, launches, and VIP communications * Monitor and reply to comments on paid ads and support the Copy team as needed with in\-asset copy and descriptions * Draft comments for owned social content and reactive communications during launch periods, as well as captions and IG Threads as needed * Track recurring community questions, feedback, and trends and proactively identify and escalate sensitive topics to necessary teams (including CX and Regulatory) * Flag potential UGC and creators to relevant Social/Influencer teams * Stay on top of platform\-native behaviors, in\-the\-know humor, internet culture, and the conversations Starface should be a part of * Assist with various copy projects as needed, including Big Yellow character development, product launches, evergreen marketing, brainstorms, and new social platforms * Be available after hours when necessary for timely or urgent matters (including weekends) ### **this role is for you if** * You have 2–3 years of experience in social media copywriting, com
