In this role, you’ll support the full presales process by coordinating client interactions, guiding proposal development, and aligning internal teams to deliver high-quality presales outcomes. You’ll also help refine presales workflows to ensure Dev.Pro presents clear, compelling solutions that meet client needs.🟩 What's in it for you:Join a dynamic IT company with 1,000+ global professionals and collaborate with Sales and technical experts on high-profile client opportunitiesSupport end-to-end presales activities, including proposal preparation, client discovery, and opportunity researchContribute to refining presales workflows and improving cross-team collaboration✅ Is that you?4+ years of presales/proposal management experience in software servicesEnd-to-end ownership of the proposal lifecycle, from qualification through submissionExperience with discovery, refining unclear inputs, and aligning next steps with sales, delivery, and clientsAbility to turn client needs and pain points into a clear proposal strategy and compelling value messagingStrong experience coordinating cross-functional teams around a unified proposal narrativeAbility to structure proposal content, ensuring consistency and quality under tight deadlinesStrong research skills across industry, client context, competitors, and solution assumptionsSolid understanding of SDLC and effective collaboration with technical expertsStrong written and verbal English, with experience in presentations and stakeholder communicationDemonstrated ownership, accountability, and decision-making in dynamic presales environmentsDesirable:Experience delivering software products or projects as a PM, PdM, or BADomain knowledge in fintech, hospitality, or retail industries🧩Key responsibilities and your contributionIn this role, you’ll support the presales process end-to-end by coordinating client interactions, structuring proposals, aligning internal teams, and helping position Dev.Pro’s solutions to meet client needs.Conduct initial client calls, qualify Sales requests, clarify missing information, and maintain communication flowDocument client call outcomes, including goals, constraints, value drivers, assumptions, risks, and dependencies impacting proposals and pricingEngage SMEs, Proposal Leads, BAs, and tech experts as needed, updating Sales and stakeholders on blockers, SLAs, and decisionsPrioritize presales requests based on urgency, lead level, and deadlines, validating materials for completeness and compliance Perform initial lead research and analysis (industry, product, competitors, tech stack) and prepare draft “Dev.Pro match” materialsPrepare presales materials, including 3C and 2B decksDefine win strategies, value propositions, and clear “why us” positioning by translating client pain points into Dev.Pro strengths and aligning with the Sales strategyOwn proposal structure (response outline, RFP mapping) and validate consistency across SMEsEnsure timely presales outputs, maintain proposal standards, and build or delegate narratives and executive summaries Support negotiation strategy by aligning proposal messaging and value positioning with Sales and Delivery stakeholdersFacilitate presales meetings by preparing agendas, talking points, responsibilities, and expected outcomes with Sales, SMEs, and stakeholdersEnsure proposals meet client expectations, with clear, structured follow-ups summarizing decisions, questions, next steps, and ownersSet and communicate expectations for updates, response times, and milestones🎾 What's working at Dev.Pro like?
