In this role, you’ll be responsible for building applications and AI-powered agents from the ground up, integrating them with Microsoft Teams and other MS applications, and leveraging Azure to ensure scalability and performance. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, guiding technical execution and delivering solutions that can move quickly from idea to prototype.This opportunity is under a Self-Employed/Independent Contractor model, with long-term contract.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of PoCs using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).Build and optimize AI-powered Agents in Copilot Studio, ensuring deep integration with Microsoft Teams and other MS apps.Integrate solutions with Azure services for scalability, performance, and security.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Collaborate with product stakeholders to rapidly iterate, test, and refine solutions based on feedback.Requirements5+ years of professional software development experience.Proven expertise in MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure.Strong experience with building and integrating Agents in Copilot Studio.Hands-on experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Teams.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver PoCs quickly.Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable collaborating with US-based teams.Nice to HaveExperience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.Background in enterprise-scale application development.Agile prototyping and rapid iteration experience.BenefitsWork with a global leader in healthcare.Lead technical development for high-impact digital innovation projects.Fully remote role in Europe with collaboration across US time zones.Compensation in USD with B2B long-term contract.Originally posted on Himalayas
