**JOB TITLE**: Front Desk Coordinator
**STATUS:** Non\-Exempt/Hourly
**TYPE:** On\-Campus Position / Not Eligible for Remote Work
**REPORTS TO:** Office Manager / Campus Director
**PURPOSE**
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all potential and current students and guests by creating a warm and welcoming environment. Maintaining a neat and organized Lobby and appearance is critical to maintaining our professional image. The Front Desk Coordinator is expected to remain current on all campus operations as it relates to answering questions of potential and current students as well as guests and coworkers. The Front Desk Coordinator is a significant on\-campus role as it serves to be the first impression to those who enter or call the Lobby.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Serve as the first point of contact by greeting, welcoming, and directing all guests and students appropriately
* Coordinate all Front Desk activities
* Answer all phone calls and respond to emails as appropriate
* Provides administrative support to managers and/or directors to assist in the daily workflow of Campus operations
* Receives and distributes deliveries accurately
* Facilitates communication throughout the Campus as needed
* Maintain a clean and orderly Lobby
* Additional duties as assigned by Office Manager / Campus Director
**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:**
* Two years’ administrative support experience
* Expert skill level of prioritizing, multi\-tasking, and meeting deadlines through strong time management
* Must be able to work well under pressure while staying organized, calm, and professional
* Superior communication and customer service skills
* Ability to maintain highly confidential information
* Non\-negotiables include a positive attitude, the desire to help others, a self\-driven nature, confident, and results\-oriented
* Be able to effectively collaborate with other team members to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly campus objectives
* Other necessary character traits include being a team player and having the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
* Always behave in a professional manner in way of appearance, demeanor, and attitude
* Consistently display the highest levels of integrity in all that is done
