Within our network, we manage a network of strong creators that we incubate and nurture to help them succeed on the platform. In addition, we work directly with merchants and secure partnerships with creators in order to maximize their earnings on TikTok Shop.TikTok Shop is rapidly transforming the future of e-commerce, and at Grail, we’re at the center of it. With over 1B+ users on TikTok, this is an opportunity to work in one of the fastest-growing and most exciting spaces in social commerce.If you’re excited by TikTok culture, influencer marketing, and building impactful brand partnerships, this role is for you.Role Description:We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, TikTok-savvy Talent Manager to lead and scale paid partnership revenue across our roster of signed TikTok Shop creators.In this role, you’ll be responsible for pitching and signing creators to Grail, as well as securing and managing flat-fee brand deals for creators on our roster. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your talent, identifying monetization opportunities, pitching creators to brands, negotiating deal terms, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.You’ll work closely with creators to optimize their positioning, increase deal flow, and maximize earnings through consistent paid partnerships.This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role with significant ownership and growth potential within the creator economy.Responsibilities:Sign TikTok Shop creators to Grail and manage their brand dealsOwn and grow revenue for TikTok Shop flat-fee partnerships across a roster of signed creatorsIdentify, pitch, and secure paid partnership opportunities for creatorsNegotiate deal terms, rates, and deliverables with brandsServe as the primary point of contact and advocate for your creatorsManage campaign execution from deal close through completionCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication between creators and brandsEnsure creators deliver content on schedule and meet brand expectationsProvide guidance to creators on content performance and positioning to increase deal flowBuild and maintain strong relationships with brands and TikTok Shop partnersTrack partnership performance and report on revenue and campaign outcomesWork cross functionally with the Social Commerce TeamWhat we’re looking for:1–2 years experienceStrong understanding of TikTok ShopExceptional organization skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple creators, deals, and timelines simultaneouslyStrong communication and relationship management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentInterest in influencer marketing, TikTok culture, and the creator economyThe ideal person for this role:Is highly motivated by revenue and closing dealsBuilds strong, trust-based relationships with creatorsIs confident pitching talent and negotiating with brandsIs proactive and resourceful when solving problems and managing timelinesHas a “figure it out” mindset and enjoys testing new ideas and processesIs excited to take ownership of a rapidly growing area of the businessRequirements:Must be a fluent English speakerHighly organized and deadline-drivenSelf-starter mentality with the ability to move quickly and take initiativeBenefits:Medical, dental and vision coverage available with 50% covered by company28 days vacation inclusive of federal holidays (plus Christmas period flex time)Fully remote environmentFlexible working arrangementsPerformance based bonusesGrowth opportunitiesIf you are looking for a new challenge in one of the most hyped areas of social media, apply below and we look forward to hearing from you!Originally posted on Himalayas
