RDMS is a boutique accounting firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area, focused on the restaurant and hospitality industry.
We provide full back\-office support to our clients, with payroll processing being one of the most critical components of client success and accurate financial reporting. This role is part of a structured, deadline\-driven workflow that requires strong payroll experience, attention to detail, organization, follow\-through, and clear communication.
We are looking for someone who has direct payroll\-processing experience, takes ownership of their work, can manage multiple client deadlines, and understands the importance of accuracy in a client\-facing payroll environment.
This is a remote position and does not require the employee to be located in California or the Bay Area. However, the role does require availability during standard Pacific Time business hours, generally 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
