We are hiring a senior individual contributor who will play a critical role in strengthening our executive hiring capability. The role will support high-priority searches, with a heavy focus on senior leadership hiring. This role is ideal for a seasoned agency or in-house recruiter who thrives in complex searches, has a passion for selling opportunities, partners deeply with senior stakeholders, and operates with both urgency and precision. Experience recruiting within financial services, tech, or fintech is preferred.As Our Senior Recruiter, Executive, You Will:A. Lead High-Impact SearchesOwn full-cycle recruitingPartner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and search strategyDrive structured, high-quality interview processesServe as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent mapping, and candidate calibrationLead structured executive-level screening conversationsAssess leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and cultural alignmentB. Build Proactive Talent PipelinesDevelop outbound sourcing strategies for senior and hard-to-fill rolesBuild long-term talent pipelines across competitive marketsLeverage market mapping to support future hiring needsC.
