We partner with clients to deliver strategic, creative solutions while fostering a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment. **This is a Charlotte\-based hybrid role that requires in\-person work in our Charlotte office Monday through Wednesday, with remote work on Thursdays and Fridays.** **Job Overview:** Brandsymbol, a branding and consulting agency, is seeking a dependable and detail\-oriented **Full Charge Bookkeeper** to support day\-to\-day bookkeeping and financial administration functions. This role will work closely with our Controller to maintain accurate financial records, assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll, and help ensure smooth internal operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, experienced with QuickBooks Online, and enjoys working in a collaborative small business environment where flexibility and ownership are valued. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries * Process and record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner * Perform bank and credit card reconciliations * Support the Controller with monthly financial reporting and reconciliations * Manage client invoicing and assist with tracking and collecting payments * Process vendor invoices and coordinate timely payments * Assist with payroll processing and related reporting * Maintain organized financial and administrative records * Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely financial information * Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding coordination and administrative record updates * Maintain PTO tracking and employee records * Coordinate office supply ordering and general office organization * Support a collaborative, professional, and well\-organized office environment **Qualifications:** * 4\+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience required * Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online required * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required * Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and payroll support * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn new systems and software quickly * Experience supporting small businesses or agency environments is a plus * Located in Charlotte or a commutable region Join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team that values professionalism, flexibility, and meaningful contributions.
