**Poppins: Parent Coach** Remote \| Part\-time \| Flexible Hours **About Poppins** Poppins is on a mission to make it easier for this generation and future generations of parents. We know that raising kids while managing the demands of everyday life is one of the most rewarding — and overwhelming — chapters in a person's life, and most parents are doing it without enough support. We're building a platform that gives working parents access to expert, on\-demand coaching so they can show up confidently at work and in all aspects of their life. **The Role** We're looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial parent coach to roll up their sleeves and help us build Poppins. You'll work directly with families, create workshops and resources for parents, and help grow our community. This is an early\-stage opportunity with real room to grow — the role will expand as we do. **What You'll Do** * Lead 1:1 coaching sessions with parents to understand their challenges and build targeted action plans * Provide ongoing support and accountability through text\-based follow\-ups between sessions * Collaborate with our sleep consultant and medical team to ensure families get the right support at the right time * Run live workshops for parents on key topics * Host Instagram office hours and record short\-form video content * Develop workshop curricula, articles, and resource guides * Engage with the Auggie community to connect with parents and bring them onto the Poppins platform **Who You Are** * At least 5 years of experience in parent coaching or child development * Must be certified in parent coaching, social work, or early childhood education * Proven track record helping families create lasting behavioral change * Comfortable working with working parents — you understand the unique challenges of juggling a career and raising kids * Comfortable presenting — video sessions, workshops, and social content * Strong communicator across live, async, and text\-based formats * Experienced with goal\-setting and accountability frameworks * Tech\-forward and genuinely excited about AI\-native tools * Thrives in an early\-stage startup environment — adaptable, scrappy, and energized by building something new * Open to feedback and excited to iterate **Time Commitment** Hours are flexible — a mix of scheduled coaching sessions, asynchronous text follow\-ups, content creation, and platform development work. **Compensation** $30/hr.
