With a focus on patient-centered innovation, provider collaboration, and data-driven care delivery, TeleMed2U is redefining specialty care—making it faster, simpler, and more accessible for all.About the roleTeleMed2U is seeking a Provider Recruiting Specialist to support the growth of our national, multi‑specialty telehealth provider network. In this role, you will be responsible for full‑cycle recruiting of healthcare providers, including physicians, advanced practice providers across multiple specialties and states. You will play a critical role in building strong provider pipelines and delivering a high‑quality candidate experience in a fast‑paced, remote environment. Success in this role means being proactive, detail‑oriented, and relationship‑driven—able to guide providers through the recruiting process with transparency and care while meeting hiring goals that support TeleMed2U’s mission of expanding access to high‑quality virtual care nationwide.What you'll doCoordinate high-volume recruitment efforts for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Therapists.Draft and post job opportunities across job boards, social media, and other platforms.Identify potential candidates through job board and social media sourcing.Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates.Track provider candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage workflows.Schedule and coordinate initial interviews with internal stakeholders.Coordinate clinical interviews with CMOs and schedule follow-up interviews with appropriate team members.Support continuous updates and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Conduct initial provider verifications.Draft and finalize provider contracts and compensation addendums for additional services.Assist in compiling and communicating onboarding details to internal teams.Develops and implements sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.Fully proficient in all ATS functions and recruitment platforms, with seamless navigation. (Greenhouse experience a plus)Independently manages full-cycle recruiting for most positions.Collaborates effectively with hiring managers across multiple departments.Assists in resolving candidate concerns and addressing process inefficiencies.QualificationsRequiredDemonstrated skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Customer service excellence and a professional, people-focused approach.Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.Proactive and efficient communicator who enjoys engaging with others.Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or equivalent.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
