We are currently hiring an energetic and motivated Senior B2B Sales Executive to join our growing on\-site sales team in South Salt Lake, Utah. **Position Overview** This is a full\-time, field\-based B2B sales role focused on generating new business opportunities through networking, relationship\-building, event attendance, and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with business owners, enjoys meeting new people, and is motivated by performance\-based earnings and career growth opportunities. **Responsibilities** * Attend networking events, business expos, conferences, and industry meetups * Build relationships with business owners and decision\-makers * Introduce prospective clients to Go Hire Virtual’s staffing solutions * Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, follow\-ups, and in\-person outreach * Present and explain the value of virtual staffing services * Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records using CRM software * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and growth targets * Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development **Qualifications** * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or related sales roles * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable networking and building professional relationships * Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Self\-motivated with strong organizational and follow\-up abilities * Ability to work independently and within a team environment * Reliable transportation and ability to commute to South Salt Lake, UT **Compensation \& Benefits** * Guaranteed monthly pay with additional commission structure * Fuel allowance provided per pay period * Performance\-based earning opportunities * Paid training and ongoing career development * Health insurance * 401(k) **Schedule** * Full\-time * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) * Some local travel and event attendance may be required Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
