Executive Administrative Assistant \& Operations Coordinator **My Freedom Living LLC \| Remote \| Part\-Time \| Opportunity to Grow** About Us My Freedom Living LLC is a growing consulting firm specializing in emergency management, Tribal Governments, nonprofit, public safety, grant management, and business consulting. We're looking for a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to help keep our business running smoothly. This is more than a traditional administrative role—it's an opportunity to become a key part of a growing company and help build systems that support our long\-term success. Responsibilities * Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling. * Attend virtual meetings and prepare meeting notes. * Organize digital files, documents, and records. * Create and format professional documents, presentations, and reports. * Design Canva graphics and marketing materials. * Prepare invoices and organize business records. * Assist with QuickBooks Online and Gusto. * Maintain project files and client information. * Track deadlines, tasks, and follow\-up items. * Create templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures. * Provide general administrative support as needed. Qualifications * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * High attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Professional and dependable. * Comfortable learning new technology. Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following: * Microsoft 365 * Outlook * Teams * SharePoint * Canva * QuickBooks Online * Gusto * CRM software * Project coordination * Executive administrative support * Consulting or professional services What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business challenges and building practical, scalable solutions.
