Job DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are currently seeking an Alta Solutions Sales Executivefor our South Europe region to be located in Spain. The Alta Solutions Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting our Motorola Solutions Enterprise South Europe fieldsales teams to close Avigilon Alta Video sales across their channel partners and end-user customers.The person will help support partnerships with Security Integrators, and assist them on client opportunities. This role is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and customer recruitment objectives and represents the entire range of Alta Video lines and services to assigned sales channels and customers within their regions.The Alta Solutions Sales Executive has a dual reporting structure, reporting a dotted line to the local in-country sales leadership and a direct line to the sales leader of the Avigilon Alta Product line manager. However we are looking for independent territory leaders who are self-managing. The position is remote and resides in the assigned territory.Responsibilities:Supports the local sales reps with all Alta Video opportunitiesProspects, qualifies, and develops new customer relationships both within partner and end-user communitiesMeets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned regionCoordinates the involvement of company personnel, including sales, pre sales, tech support, training, and management resources, in order to meet channel performance objectives and customer expectationsDrives adoption of company programs among assigned region customersCollaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering Leadership to Identify, build, and execute go-to-market programs and solutions to meet the customer needs within region and vertical marketsParticipates in tradeshowsThis position requires travel.
Basic RequirementsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business technology/physical security sales environment with a track record of successProven track-record of territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, presentation skills, client relationships, and a self-starter attitudeProficient knowledge of cloud-based video security, VMS, and/or building automation productsExperience in selling enterprise solutionsFluent English and SpanishEffective understanding of the Overlay culture and environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsIndependent hunter and entrepreneurUniversity degree requiredMust have a valid drivers' license with a clean recordAll prospective employees must pass a background check.EEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
