We’ve grown fast, stayed lean, and secured our place as a leader in the industry.If you have excellent English communication skills and are ready to contribute to the most innovative platform on the planet, Tether is the place for you.Are you ready to be part of the future?About the jobThe Engagement Manager will lead the implementation journey of tokenization projects based on Hadron for institutional clients, acting as the primary technical and business point of contact throughout onboarding and early operations.This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition from contract signature through the first production token issuance and continuous monitoring of the initiative, maintaining alignment across stakeholders, and coordinating execution across internal teams, client counterparts, and external partners.As Engagement Manager, you can expect to work with global institutional clients across multiple geographies and asset classes on complex tokenization initiatives involving digital asset issuance, custody frameworks, and integration into existing financial infrastructures within a regulated and rapidly evolving environment.This role offers the opportunity to actively shape how institutions adopt tokenized assets, operating in a fully remote setup with flexible global collaboration. As the scope and volume of implementations grow, there is a clear path to evolve into broader technical strategy or client success leadership roles.ResponsibilitiesBefore the engagement (pre-sales)Assist Expansion Managers in preparing and conducting demosAs consultant, propose solutions during pre-sales phase of the engagementAssist in defining the engagement scope, ensuring it’s correctly reflected in the Client agreementOnboarding & IntegrationLead project kickoffs and define the integration roadmap with clientsGuide clients through API documentation, sandbox testing, and UATDiagnose and troubleshoot client integration issuesCoordinate between clients, engineering teams, and external infrastructure partners during integrationsTrack onboarding progress, milestones, and dependencies to ensure clients reach production within expected timelinesPrepare clients for production launch and conduct monitoring and hyper-care after launchMaintain an enterprise-grade, consulting-like knowledge base around implementation use casesCreate integration documentation and operational runbooks and adapt them as needed to tailor each client implementationClient Communication & Problem-SolvingServe as the primary point of contact throughout the execution of the engagementTranslate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholdersIdentify integration pain points and escalate product feedbackProactively communicate timelines, blockers, and dependenciesSupport transition clients to self-service with comprehensive documentationProactively identify up- and cross-sell opportunities, to be passed on to Expansion ManagersWhat You Won’t DoWrite or audit smart contracts (clients own their tokenomics)Perform regulatory or legal structuringBuild custom features or besp
