Job Title: Sales Development Representative – Retail & ManufacturingLocation: Remote (US - work East Coast time zone)
Reports to: VP of Business Development
Industry Alignment: Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG) and Manufacturing (MFG) This role is responsible for building targeted account lists, executing high-quality outbound campaigns, personalizing messaging by industry use cases, qualifying early interest, and booking meetings for Business Development Executives.Key ResponsibilitiesTargeting & Account List DevelopmentBuild and maintain vertical-specific target account lists for RCG and ManufacturingIdentify relevant buyer personasPartner with BDEs to prioritize strategic accountsOutbound ProspectingExecute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phonePersonalize messaging by industry challenges and analytics/AI use casesTest and refine messaging strategies.Lead Qualification & Meeting GenerationConduct light qualification for ICP fit, role, pain points, and timingSchedule meetings for BDEsEnsure clean handoff with clear notes CRM & Process ExcellenceMaintain accurate CRM recordsTrack outreach activity and conversion metricsSupport reporting on meetings booked and pipeline contribution Pod CollaborationWork closely with BDEs, Solution Directors, and marketingParticipate in pod pipeline and targeting reviewsExperience1–3+ years in sales development or inside salesB2B technology or consulting experience preferred. Skills & AttributesHighly organized and process-orientedStrong written communication skillsComfortable with cold outreachCurious about data, analytics, and AICoachable and goal-driven.
