You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients across reporting, operations and compliance - fully remote. We’re a scalable growth platform with a strong performance guarantee, a track record of results, and a culture built for A-players.Responsibilities:Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decisionsManage AP/AR - invoicing, payments and collectionsPrepare financial reports and presentations for management and clientsMaintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepanciesCollaborate with teams on project budgets and expensesSupport tax filings, financial statements and compliance requirementsMonitor cash flow and recommend improvementsDrive improvements to financial systems and processesWork with vendors, clients and auditors on financial mattersRequired Skills:1–2 years in finance or accounting, ideally in a marketing or creative agencyProficient in Excel and accounting tools - QuickBooks, Xero or similarStrong analytical skills with sharp attention to detailClear communicator, well-organized and reliable under pressureKnowledge of advertising industry financial practices is a plusLocation: 100% remote position. Work hours: CET timezone.Compensation: $1,200-$2,500 USD per month (based on the experience).
