Working in close partnership with Finance, IT, and business leaders, we drive the strategy, governance, and transformation of Finance’s core business processes and technology capabilities. By combining deep functional expertise with digital innovation, they shape operating models, business capabilities, and transformation roadmaps that enable Finance to continuously evolve and support UKG’s long\-term growth. **About the Role:** The Director, Global Process Owner – Record\-to\-Report is a strategic leader within Finance Digital Enablement responsible for defining the future of UKG’s global Record\-to\-Report capabilities. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance Digital Enablement, this role partners closely with the Chief Accounting Officer organization to modernize accounting through process innovation, AI, automation, and digital technologies. The Director will define the future\-state operating model, establish enterprise process standards, and lead a transformation roadmap that enables Finance to operate with greater efficiency, scalability, control, and business agility.
