We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented **Part\-Time Administrative Assistant** to support daily office operations and assist with basic HR\-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands\-on experience in administrative and human resources functions.
This position is **on\-site** and plays a key role in supporting a remote HR team by handling in\-office responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**
* Verify employee work hours and assist with timekeeping accuracy
* Greet and assist walk\-in applicants
* Pre\-screen and vet candidates for open positions
* Assist with onboarding processes and basic HR support
* Distribute company equipment and maintain accurate logs
* Track and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
* Support general office operations and day\-to\-day administrative tasks
* Maintain organized records and documentation
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Bilingual (English/Creole or Spanish) is a plus but not required
