Job Description

As a Client Accounting Manager, you will consistently deliver an exceptional experience to your owned client relationships. You are responsible for providing responsive, supportive, accurate, timely, and effective financial operations support. **Areas of Responsibility** **Delivering Client Value.** You will drive client value through your effective execution of our standard delivery model and in alignment with our 6 C's framework. You will implement best practices, streamline processes and implement technology where appropriate to maximize the value for your clients. You will maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for your client relationships to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and effective client coverage across the team. You will foster strong relationships with your owned client relationships. You will provide consistent, responsive support, and apply an open, curious mindset to best anticipate and address the needs of your clients. You will escalate to your team leader any unfamiliar requests or requirements and ideas on how to best deliver continual value. You will collaborate with your team members and across the franchise network to identify and bring solutions to optimize on your clients' financial operations solutions in support of their unique requirements and effective client coverage. **Delivering Team Value.** You will take ownership in learning and adopting our client delivery model, and understanding and adoption of our purpose, mission and 6 C's framework. Your success is dependent on contributing to your clients and team in a manner that is consistent with our model and values. You will demonstrate a growth mindset, regularly reflecting on your work, seeking and implementing feedback, and adapting your approach based on guidance from management. You will serve as a member of your team and the Client Delivery organization as a whole. You will work closely with other team members to achieve the overall Client Delivery team's objectives. This includes sharing of best practices and identifying and collaborating on ideas to improve on our client delivery operations. You will provide your leader with insight into the health of your client relationships, flagging early indicators of risks to your clients' success and providing recommended paths for resolution.
