Here, you will make an impact by:Global accountability for LEX Warehousing applicationsEnsuring product quality and stabilityOverseeing team member work deliverables to ensure quality expectations are metDefining & implementing new processes to meet business stakeholder requirementsReview all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality and requirement traceabilityGlobal governance of Managed Services team across all regions in support of extensive global production usage of owned application.Meeting project deliverables and exit criteria on scheduleProvide a clear and compelling Product Vision to the team and stakeholdersManage product roadmap including engagement in demand intake processDefine the Product value and validate the product delivers the expected outcomesResearch user needs, industry trends, strategic priorities, and stakeholder feedback to shape the Product Vision and RoadmapCollaboration, coaching, engagement with broad stakeholder audiences including product, deployment & operational teams along with end users, etcYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified prior to start) Three (3) years of supply chain functional or technical experience in a private, public, government or military environmentThree (3) years of functional and/or technical experience with SAPAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Ability to work across a highly matrixed organization to accomplish goalProven ability to identify, focus, and own high priority tasks to manage delivery to project timelinesStrong organizational and communication skills, proven track record of strong project coordination/management successSelf-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high pressure, high profile environmentExperience managing large teams across various geographiesExperience with Lean/Agile methodologyWork location: Work location: Remote USAThis position has the possibility for remote work for candidates located more than 50-miles from to 3M Global Headquarters in St. Paul, MN.
