Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Employer Brand Lead to define and lead our global employer branding strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how our company is perceived by current and potential employees, ensuring a strong and consistent employer value proposition across all markets. You will partner closely with HR, Marketing, and leadership teams to drive talent attraction, engagement, and the long-term growth of the company.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the global content calendar across all employer branding channelsRespond to candidate and employee reviews across relevant job boards and review platforms in line with approved communication guidelinesPartner with the Head of Employer Brand on regional strategy alignment and tone of voice adaptationCollaborate with Legal on sensitive review cases and with HR Operations to ensure factual accuracy across locationsCoordinate updates to EVP messaging in alignment with the Head of Employer BrandActivate and support global employee advocacy initiativesPrepare and submit applications for employer brand and corporate awardsConduct market research and competitor talent brand audits every 6 monthsRequirements 3+ experience managing corporate presence on global and local professional networks and employer review sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, local job boards)Strong skills in creating global content strategies and developing cross-platform content calendarsEnd-to-end experience in preparing and submitting award applicationsAnalytical skills to conduct competitive audits and track performance metrics across multiple platforms and regionsExperience in creating and localizing EVP messaging for different international marketsUnderstanding of global HR policies and corporate reputation management standardsEnglish proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal)We offer20 paid vacation days per year10 paid sick leave days per yearPublic holidays as per the company’s approved Public holiday listMedical insuranceOpportunity to work remotelyProfessional education budgetLanguage learning budgetWellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)Originally posted on Himalayas
