Sales and Business Development Director
Location: Remote (Texas\-based candidates preferred)

Are You a Hands\-On Business Development leader, ready to invest in yourself and help a Boutique Law Firm Scale?
Gray Winston \& Hart, a fast\-growing Texas\-based commercial property\-tax law firm, is looking for a hands\-on Business Development leader who knows how to execute—someone who’s equally comfortable crafting campaigns, building automation workflows, optimizing SEO and PPC performance, and analyzing what’s actually driving new business.
This is not a “strategy\-only” position. We need a roll\-up\-your\-sleeves marketer who thrives in implementation—someone who can manage both online and offline funnels, partner outreach, and digital systems that turn visibility into measurable growth. This is not a position for a digital\-marketing only person.

Gray Winston \& Hart PLLC is a boutique commercial property\-tax law firm with a national reach and deep Texas roots. Our team of attorneys and professionals partner with commercial property owners, investors, and real\-estate managers to deliver strategic tax\-litigation and valuation results.
We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a business development leader who can elevate our brand presence, strengthen our referral network, and develop repeatable marketing systems that support long\-term growth.
What You’ll Do
· Strategic Execution Across All Funnels
* Plan, build, and execute multi\-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing).
* Lead development and optimization of lead\-generation funnels for property owners, investors, and industry partners.
* Implement and manage marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot or similar) to segment audiences and track engagement.
* Manage and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Tag Manager, and Google Ads, ensuring measurable ROI.
* Conduct keyword research, oversee website SEO improvements, and manage the firm’s Google Business Profile and local SEO presence.
* Build dashboards to track KPIs and marketing attribution.
· Content, Brand, and Outreach
* Create, edit, and distribute thought\-leadership content: newsletters, blog posts, webinars, case studies, and email campaigns.
* Collaborate with firm leadership to align content and campaigns with business\-development goals.
* Oversee social\-media presence (LinkedIn, Meta), ensuring consistent messaging and professional positioning.
* Develop creative ad copy, landing pages, and lead magnets tailored to our audience.
* Coordinate with design, PR, and event partners as needed.
· Offline and Relationship Marketing
* Support referral and partner marketing programs with Tax Directors
