Contract Bookkeeper – Hybrid / Remote

**Job Overview** A growing multi\-location hospitality group is seeking an experienced **Contract Bookkeeper** to support our accounting and finance operations.This position will report directly to the **Controller** and will primarily work remotely, with approximately **70% remote and 30% onsite/hybrid work** as needed at locations in the Walla Walla and Tri\-Cities area. **Responsibilities** * Accounts Payable * Accounts Receivable * Bank and account reconciliations * Credit card and vendor statement reconciliation * Invoice entry and payment support * Maintaining accurate financial records * Researching and resolving account discrepancies * Assisting the Controller with month\-end accounting tasks * Supporting accounting needs across multiple hospitality locations * Other bookkeeping and administrative accounting duties as assigned **Experience** * 2 Years of previous bookkeeping or accounting experience * Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable * Experience completing bank and account reconciliations * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple locations, deadlines, and priorities * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Comfortable working with accounting software, spreadsheets, and online business systems * Hospitality or multi\-location accounting experience is a plus We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and experienced who can work independently while also being a strong support to our Controller and management team. Pay: $20\.00 \- $29\.00 per hour Expected hours: 15\.0 – 25\.0 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Walla Walla County, WA
