Creative Director – Post Production

About the Role We're looking for an experienced **Creative Director with a background in AI\-driven content creation** to lead the creative vision for commercial, narrative, and branded content. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, filmmaking, and emerging AI technologies. You'll work closely with writers, producers, AI artists, editors, and VFX teams to transform scripts into executable creative plans that leverage the latest generative tools while maintaining a cinematic, production\-ready standard. We're not looking for someone who simply knows AI tools—we're looking for someone who understands **how to direct with AI.** What You'll Do * Translate scripts into compelling visual concepts, shot design, and production strategies. * Develop creative treatments, mood boards, visual references, and style frames. * Direct AI artists through every phase of production, from concept development to final delivery. * Build production\-ready workflows using AI image and video generation tools. * Work with producers to scope projects based on creative requirements and production timelines. * Collaborate with editors, compositors, and VFX artists to ensure creative consistency. * Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine where they fit into production pipelines. * Provide creative feedback that balances artistic vision with technical feasibility. * Help establish best practices for AI\-assisted storytelling and production. What We're Looking For Creative Direction * Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual storytelling. * Experience directing commercial, film, television, or branded content. * Deep understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, pacing, and visual language. * Ability to communicate creative vision clearly to multidisciplinary teams and clients. AI Production Experience * Hands\-on experience using generative AI tools for production. * Understanding of prompt engineering beyond basic prompting. * Experience directing AI artists rather than simply generating images. * Familiarity with maintaining character consistency, shot continuity, and visual coherence across sequences. * Ability to determine which tools are appropriate for different creative challenges.
