It's where members learn, share, challenge each other, celebrate wins, and receive real feedback from people who understand exactly what they're going through.As our membership continues to grow, we're looking for someone to take ownership of this experience and help build a world-class community that members couldn't imagine being without.This isn't a community management role.It's a leadership position for someone who understands coaching, knows how to facilitate meaningful conversations, and can create an environment where members stay engaged, accountable, and committed to improving their businesses.What You'll Be DoingWe're looking for a Head of Community who will own the health, engagement, and long-term success of our member community.In this role you'll:Create an engaged, high-performing community where members consistently show up, participate, and support one anotherBecome the trusted voice inside our member Facebook groups, creating conversations that drive action and accountabilityWelcome new members and establish community rituals that encourage long-term engagementReview member work including sales letters, job ads, pricing documents, sales scripts, marketing campaigns, and operational documentsProvide expert feedback while encouraging meaningful peer-to-peer coaching and collaborationRun multiple live Q&A coaching sessions each week, facilitating discussions that deliver practical outcomesCoach members through real business challenges while ensuring advice aligns with their existing coaching plansWork closely with our coaching team to ensure members receive consistent guidance and supportIdentify members who may be disengaging and proactively reconnect them before they lose momentumCelebrate member wins and success stories that inspire the wider communitySupport our coaching inbox by providing timely, high-quality responses that move members forwardBuild systems that continually improve engagement, member experience, and community health as we growYour success won't be measured by how many comments you reply to.It will be measured by the strength of the community you build, the conversations you create, the members you retain, and the number of business owners who become better because they were part of it.Who You AreWe're looking for someone who naturally builds trust, challenges people with care, and creates communities where people genuinely want to contribute.You'll succeed in this role if you:Have coaching experience and know how to challenge people while making them feel supportedHave strong business knowledge across sales, marketing, pricing, recruitment, operations, or running successful trade businessesCan confidently review business documents and provide practical, actionable feedbackAre an excellent facilitator who can confidently lead live group coaching sessionsKnow when to coach, when to challenge, and when to involve another member of the coaching teamHave exceptional written communication skillsThink in systems and long-term member experience rather than simply reacting to commentsHold high standards while creating an environment where people feel comfortable asking for helpTake ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentExperience in business coaching, trades, service businesses, or membership communities will be highly regarded.This role isn't for someone who simply wants to manage a Facebook group.
