Master of the Hi\-Five Manuals and Training * Become the system's authority on the Hi\-Five Operations Manual, program curricula, camp and league playbooks, and the coach training video series. * Own the manuals: keep them current, version\-controlled and organized; coordinate updates with the President and outside partners. * Deliver or coordinate training for new owners and their managers, both virtually and on site. 3\. Software Systems and Technology Support * Become an expert user of every platform our owners rely on — the online registration system, the location website editor, our CRM, email/marketing tools and Google Workspace. * Help new owners set up their registration portal, load programs, camps and pricing, and configure their locatio
