TITLE: Senior Agricultural Trade Consultant CONTRACT TYPE: Deliverable\-Based Short\-Term Consultancy TIMELINE: Contract / Part\-Time ABOUT THE ROLE: INSIGLOBEX LLC is seeking a Senior Agricultural Economist or Technical Trade Writer with direct experience authoring government market assessment reports. The Consultant will synthesize primary field research (Key stakeholder Interview transcripts, venue pricing audits, and regulatory data) from Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines into official grant reporting artifacts compliant with government standards. QUALIFICATIONS: * Proven Track Record: Prior experience writing or editing market reports and or assessments. * Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of agricultural trade economics, Harmonized System (HS) codes, tariff structures, ad valorem/specific excise taxes, and non\-tariff trade barriers in Southeast Asia. * Compliance Familiarity: Familiarity with government reporting standards. * Synthesis Skills: Ability to convert unorganized field notes, qualitative interview summaries, and Excel pricing matrices into clear executive narratives.
