This role willbe responsible forensuring seamless implementation across all areas of the revenue cycle fordermatology and plastic surgery clients.The ideal candidate brings bothhands-on billing knowledgeandproject management skills, with the ability to oversee end-to-end implementations,identifyrisks, and ensure operational readiness from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadend-to-end implementationof new practices, including system setup, workflow design, and go-live supportServe as theRCM subject matter expert, ensuring all billing processes areaccurateandoptimizedOversee all areas of the revenue cycle, including:Charge captureCoding (CPT/ICD-10)Claims submissionDenials managementA/R follow-upPatient billingPartner with internal teams (Billing, Coding, BI, Training, and Operations) to ensure successful onboardingIdentifyand mitigate risks related topayer setup, credentialing, authorizations, and billing workflowsEnsure proper configuration and use of billing systems (e.g.,ProCollect, EMRs, clearinghouses)Develop and documentstandardized implementation processes and best practicesProvidepost-go-live support and performance monitoringto ensure stability and successAct as the primary point of contact for clients during onboardingQualifications5+ years of experience inmedical billing and revenue cycle managementStrong knowledge ofdermatology and/or plastic surgery billing(highly preferred)Proven experience managingimplementations, onboarding, or process transitionsDeep understanding of:Payer rules and reimbursement methodologiesDenials and appeals processesInsurance verification and authorization workflowsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple implementations simultaneouslyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience withmulti-entity or multi-specialty organizationsLean/process improvement mindsetKey Success MetricsSuccessful andtimelygo-livesReduction in post-implementation billing errorsClean claim rate and denial rate post-launchClient satisfaction during onboardingTime to stabilize A/R performanceWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to ensuring that as we grow—particularly through acquisitions—wemaintainstrong, consistent, and scalable revenue cycle operations.
