Job Summary
The Project Manager will support Parkway Golf Center by planning, organizing, tracking, and completing projects connected to daily operations and business growth. This role will work with management, staff, vendors, and service providers to keep tasks clear, deadlines organized, and records accurate.
This position is remote, but the work supports an active golf practice facility. The right candidate should understand how to manage projects for a small business, follow up with people, track details, organize documents, and help improve how work gets done.
The Project Manager will support projects related to customer service workflow, facility updates, vendor communication, range operations, scheduling, maintenance tracking, staff coordination, digital records, marketing support, pricing updates, and customer experience improvements.
Main Job DutiesProject Planning and Tracking
Create and maintain project task lists, timelines, status updates, and follow\-up notes.
Track projects from the planning stage through completion.
Break larger projects into clear action steps with due dates and assigned responsibilities.
Monitor open tasks and follow up with the right person until the work is completed.
Keep management updated on project progress, delays, missing information, and next steps.
Operations Support
Support projects connected to the golf range, customer experience, range activity, pricing updates, service improvements, and internal workflow.
Help organize information related to range usage, customer feedback, staff needs, facility notes, and business priorities.
Assist with improving daily processes for communication, recordkeeping, scheduling, and task management.
Track internal requests and make sure important items do not get missed.
Vendor and Service Coordination
Communicate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and suppliers when assigned.
Request basic updates, quotes, timelines, service details, and completion notes.
Keep vendor information, project notes, invoices, and service records organized.
Help management compare options, track approvals, and follow up on pending items.
Administrative Project Management
Maintain organized digital files, spreadsheets, project trackers, and business documents.
Prepare simple project summaries, weekly updates, and task reports for management.
Help update records related to customer service, staffing, facility projects, lessons, pricing, and operational needs.
Review project information for missing details, unclear notes, or incorrect records.
Communication and Team Support
Serve as a point of contact for assigned projects.
Communicate clearly with management and team members through email, shared documents, calls, or project management tools.
Ask for clarification when project details are incomplete.
Help keep team members aligned on priorities, deadlines, and updates.
Document decisions, changes, approvals, and next steps.
