This is a remote position.WorkBetterNow®specializes in connecting talented professionals from Latin America and the Caribbean with U.S.-based companies. Our mission is to bridge the gap between exceptional professionals in the region and international opportunities.The Talent Coordinator (TC)is responsible foronboarding, coaching, and supporting WBN Certified Professionals (CPs) to maximize their effectiveness and job satisfaction. You willidentifyand resolve issuesearly,andcollaborate closely with WBN Talent Partners to align talent success with client goals.The salary for this role is$1300/month.KeyResponsibilities:Onboarding & Engagement:Facilitatesmooth onboarding for new CPs including orientationand client introductions.Coaching & Development:Conduct regular check-ins and coaching sessions to assess and improve CP performance, communication, and career growth.CollaboratewithL&Dtoaddressskill gaps.Red Flag Identification & Issue Resolution:Monitor CP-client health metrics and feedback to detect issues early; investigate concerns; implementtimelysolutions to improve retention and satisfaction.Offboarding:Manage structured offboarding processes and document insights to inform retention strategies.Collaboration & Communication:Maintainthorough documentation in HubSpot, provide reports on CP performance and trends, and work closely with Talent Partners.
