Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We're looking for a highly experienced and mission-aligned ML engineer to join our team in a key engineering leadership role -- Minimum Requirements: Doctorate in a related field8+ years of experience (including any applicable work in grad school) developing machine learning applications for practical use 2+ years in an agile software development environment, preferably with an early-stage startup 2+ years developing web-based applications, including web-based ML/data infrastructure Additional Desired Experience: Audio signal processing, ASR, NLP, and NLG/dialog for conversational automationComputer vision for human activity and sentiment classificationDevelopment of data mining, analytics, dashboards and reporting systemsEngineering management (both personnel & projects)LAMP stack w/ PHP, and Django web frameworkAcademic publications, conference speaker roles, or other public recognition as a top technical/domain expertLocation:  Anywhere in USJob Type: Full-time regular W2 employment with benefits.
