We are on the ground floor of an industry revolution that is ripe for digital disruption and looking to expand our world\-class team. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Gambyt is seeking a Delivery Leader who can drive successful software delivery while acting as a strategic partner to our clients. This role builds on the foundation of traditional project management but goes further—you will not only organize and track work, but also create clarity, guide decision\-making, and drive outcomes in an agile environment where priorities evolve. You will work closely with designers, engineers, QA analysts, product managers, and client stakeholders to deliver high\-quality software across multiple projects. Rather than operating within rigid processes, this role requires flexibility, ownership, and the ability to adapt quickly as project needs change. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Delivery \& Execution** * Lead end\-to\-end delivery of software projects from planning through release and iteration * Manage timelines, tasks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams * Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams stay aligned and productive * Ensure the team maintains momentum while adapting to changing priorities **Client Partnership \& Stakeholder Management** * Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders * Build trust through clear, proactive communication and consistent delivery * Translate client goals into actionable plans for internal teams * Guide clients through tradeoffs, risks, and evolving priorities **Risk Management \& Problem Solving** * Identify and proactively address risks before they impact delivery *
