**About the Role** Epique Realty is looking for a detail\-driven **MLS Compliance Specialist** to ensure listing accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across our brokerage. In this role, you’ll review and manage MLS listings to make sure they meet required standards, while working closely with agents to correct issues, answer questions, and keep everything clean and compliant. This is a high\-detail, fast\-paced role that requires consistency, confidence, and a strong understanding of MLS rules and real estate workflows. **What You’ll Do** **Listing Review \& Compliance** * Review MLS listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance * Ensure all required fields, documents, and details are properly entered * Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information before and after listings go live **Agent Support \& Communication** * Communicate clearly with agents regarding corrections or violations * Provide guidance on MLS rules, listing requirements, and best practices * Respond to questions in a professional, timely, and solution\-oriented manner **Data Accuracy \& Maintenance** * Monitor active listings for updates, changes, and compliance issues * Ensure listing statuses (active, pending, closed, etc.) are accurate * Maintain clean, consistent data across all listings **Issue Resolution** * Flag and track violations or recurring issues * Work with agents to resolve problems quickly and correctly * Escalate complex concerns when necessary **What We’re Looking For** **Required** * Experience working with MLS systems and listing entry/review * Strong attention to detail and ability to catch small errors quickly * Knowledge of real estate listing processes and terminology * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to manage multiple listings and priorities at once **Preferred** * Experience in real estate compliance, transaction coordination, or brokerage operations * Familiarity with multiple MLS platforms * Understanding of listing compliance rules and enforcement **What Makes You a Great Fit** * You catch what others miss * You’re confident correcting issues while staying professional * You don’t let things slide “just this once” * You stay consistent even under volume * You’re organized and systems\-minded **Why This Role Matters** Accurate listings protect our agents, our brokerage, and the client experience.
