Full Charge Bookkeeper

**Job Overview** We're seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to help manage the day\-to\-day accounting for our growing business. Reporting directly to ownership, you'll keep our books accurate and up to date. Benefits offered, including hybrid work from home and potential full time work from home. **Duties** * Manage accounts payable and initiate payments * Execute weekly bank transfers as needed * Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries * Serve as backup for credit card entries and receivable collection * Perform bank reconciliations * Handle month\-end closings * Post payroll entries via Excel upload **Skills** * 5\+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred * Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Business Central, Sage, QuickBooks) * Understanding of the accounting cycle * High attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as with a team Join us as a Full Charge Bookkeeper to play a crucial role in maintaining our organization’s financial integrity!
