Ping Identity is looking for a proactive Field Marketing Specialist to support the UKI region. This region is the most mature and, while well established and well resourced, it carries significant growth ambition and aggressive net-new targets for FY26.To support this trajectory, the UKI sales organisation has expanded and now comprises three large, high-performing, and highly demanding enterprise sales teams with significant pipeline expectations. This role is not simply about running events. While the successful candidate must be able to deliver seamless, end-to-end, pipeline-generating events, this position requires a commercially driven marketer who understands how to build integrated, multi-touch campaigns that influence revenue outcomes.Reporting to the UKI Field Marketing Manger, this individual will be an integral part of the marketing function, working alongside them across the UKI region. This innovative and forward-thinking marketing professional will partner closely with the UKI Sales organisation and work with Pan-EMEA Go To Market (GTM) teams to implement a strategic integrated GTM plan, focusing on multi-touch campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.Duty and Responsibilities:Jointly work as part of the UKI marketing team to help develop the strategic approach required for success in region to drive exceptional growthWork with internal parties and third-party vendors to develop and achieve our Go To Market vision in regionSupport the development and handle the execution of the marketing plan with clear focus on delivering the metrics of successSupport the UKI Field Marketing Manager on other pipeline driving tactics as requiredReview, refine and develop the regional GTM tactics on a regular basis to ensure continued engagement and penetration into the named strategic accountsWork with the Pan-EMEA marketing leads to create and execute vertical or use case led GTM plans for Account Executives to an enterprise audience (ABM 1:Few, 1:1) when appropriateProvide articulate feedback on the campaigns, analysis of success and next steps so adjustments can be madeSupport budget and procurement processes, auditing and accountability for budget spend and managementDesired Skills & ExperienceA university degree (discipline not prescriptive)2–3 years’ experience in Field Marketing , ideally within a B2B technology environmentExperience working within fast-paced, high-growth SaaS/software/IT organisations Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of pipeline metrics and revenue impactPreferred: Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC)A plus: Experience using MarketoExceptional relationship-building skills; an ability to influence senior sales stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with strong initiative, comfortable operating independently while collaborating effectively across teamsResilient, driven, and execution-focusedEssentialExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience gained with software vendors (cybersecurity is a +)Working Conditions:Travel – approximately 30% travel, mostly within the region but some within Europe or USRemote working contract with occasional travel to London and Bristol based offices to work alongside the regional Sales Development RepresentativesLife at Ping:We believe in and facilitate a flexible, collaborative work environment.
