PA will manage the acquisition, development, and maintenance of commercial and residential real estate properties in New York.Daily activities include:MARKETINGCreate advertsAdvertise rooms and apartments for rentSALESCommunicate with leadsSchedule showingsCreate and sign lease agreementsSERVICINGArrange move-ins and move-outsService customer requestsManage maintenance and repairs Manage property and premisesManage cleanersPROCUREMENTOrder suppliesResearch products and servicesNegotiate with VendorsArrange delivery and shipmentsQualificationsNot everyone can be a great Administrator.
