Our success is directly tied to our clients’ success.Position OverviewOur Client is seeking an experienced Epic Certified Cadence Analyst to support the design, build, configuration, and optimization of Epic Cadence scheduling functionality. This role will partner closely with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling workflows, improved patient access, and optimized appointment management across the organization.Location & Work EnvironmentThis role is primarily remote, with approximately one onsite visit per quarter as needed to support project or operational requirements. Candidates interested in relocating may be eligible for a relocation package. This position is currently structured as hourly with eligibility for overtime; however, it is expected to transition to a full-time salaried role in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling functionalitySupport appointment templates, provider schedules, referral workflows, and access center operationsCollaborate with operational leaders and clinical teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutionsTroubleshoot scheduling issues and support break/fix resolution in Cadence workflowsParticipate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiativesSupport reporting and analytics related to scheduling access and utilizationEnsure adherence to organizational standards, documentation, and change control processesAssist in training and supporting end users on scheduling workflows and best practices RequirementsExperience Requirements5–10 years of experience as an Epic Analyst with Cadence certification requiredStrong background in Epic scheduling build, configuration, and workflow optimizationExperience supporting large healthcare organizations or multi-site scheduling environmentsProven ability to work with operational stakeholders to improve access and scheduling efficiencyPreferred SkillsStrong understanding of ambulatory scheduling workflows and access management principlesExperience with Epic Prelude or Grand Central is a plusAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environmentStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working in Agile or structured project environments preferred BenefitsBenefitsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.Professional development opportunities to advance your career.Flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance.
