**Growth Manager**
This is not a sit\-back\-and\-manage growth role.
We are looking for someone hungry. Someone who believes in what we are building, gets excited about the mission, and wants to actively help grow it every single day.

The person in this role will help drive that growth forward.
You will not simply oversee initiatives from a distance. You will actively create momentum through outreach, partnerships, networking, events, affiliates, community engagement, relationship\-building, and creative lead generation efforts that align with our brand and values.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, outbound growth, community engagement, and strategic execution.

**What You’ll Own**
You will be responsible for the activity that creates growth — not just the end result.
That includes:
* Driving growth of active VA seats and client relationships
* Creating qualified conversations that lead to demos and partnerships
* Building relationships inside home service and trades communities
* Engaging in Facebook groups, coaching groups, Skool communities, LinkedIn, and industry spaces
* Starting conversations with business owners, affiliates, group admins, influencers, and strategic partners
* Supporting and promoting Ninja VA masterclasses, webinars, and events
* Helping drive event registrations, attendance, and follow\-up
* Creating outbound campaigns through DMs, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and partner channels
* Identifying and building new partnership opportunities with companies already serving home service businesses
* Growing affiliate and referral relationships
* Attending networking events and representing the Ninja VA brand professionally
* Collaborating with leadership on growth strategy while also helping execute it daily
* Testing offers, messaging, hooks, scripts, outreach strategies, and new channels
* Tracking outreach activity, demos booked, partnerships started, and campaign performance
* Bringing ideas to the table and executing them without constant hand\-holding
**What Success Looks Like**
You are successful if Ninja VA has:
