We care about our employees and do our best to help each achieve their goals. **Where We See This Role Going:** * We are seeking a driven, self\-starting Quality Assurance Engineer to own the quality of our SaaS platform end to end. In this role you will design and execute manual and exploratory tests across our web application and mobile app and build robust automated test suites that scale with our product. If you thrive in fast\-moving environments, take initiative without waiting to be directed, and are passionate about delivering great software, we want to hear from you. **The Hats You May Wear:** * Automated Test Developer, Manual \& Exploratory Tester, Defect Manager, Quality Analyst, QA Advocate, Tool Evaluator, UX Expert **As a Quality Assurance Engineer at ISP, you will:** * Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for both our web application (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) and mobile app (e.g., Appium, Detox, XCUITest). * Independently plan and execute manual, exploratory, regression, integration, and end\-to\-end testing with minimal oversight. * Identify, document, and triage defects clearly; collaborate with engineers to drive issues to resolution. * Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline integrations so automated tests run on every pull request. * Define and track quality metrics (defect density, test coverage, escape rate) and present findings to stakeholders. * Champion a quality\-first culture by providing QA sign\-off, and mentoring peers on testing best practices. * Evaluate new tooling and frameworks proactively, recommending improvements to the QA strategy.
