We are scaling rapidly and looking for a clinical powerhouse to join our team to help us deliver accessible, high\-quality care in weight management, hormone replacement, and general wellness. **The Role:** This is a highly flexible, 100% remote role. You will be managing a mix of **asynchronous tasks** (chart reviews, lab evaluations, and patient messaging) and **synchronous visits** (video consults). You get to work on your own time while making a massive impact on a heavily underserved demographic. **Nice\-to\-Haves (What will make you stand out):** * Active NP License in New Jersey (NJ)**.** * Multi\-state licenses are a HUGE plus (the more states you have, the more patient volume and hours we can guarantee you). * **100% Bilingual (English \& Spanish)** – This is non\-negotiable * Ability to comfortably navigate EMRs and manage both sync and async workflows. * Prior experience in telemedicine/telehealth. * Direct clinical experience with Medical Weight Loss (GLP\-1s) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT). * A strong background in primary care or wellness medicine. **Why Join Us?** No micromanagement, no rigid schedules, and no corporate red tape.
