If you thrive in a fast\-paced setting and enjoy helping people find solutions, this is the perfect role for you! **Responsibilities** * Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting rental products that meet their needs * Explain rental terms, policies, and pricing clearly to ensure customer understanding * Manage inventory control by tracking rental items, updating records, and conducting regular stock checks * Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, processing rental agreements, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel * Promote additional services or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities * Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments * Support front desk operations by managing customer flow, answering questions, and providing outstanding customer service **Requirements** * Must reside in the USA and have experience using social media. * Must have social media accounts to prove you can manage and run social media. * Must have experience in Facebook Marketplace.
