Part-Time E-Commerce & Operations Coordinator

**Home Turf Clothing Company \| Associate\-Level Role** **Hours:** 15 hours per week—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, approximately **3 to 5** hours per day**Location:** New Albany, Ohio; mix of in\-person and remote working We’re looking for an experienced, organized person to help keep Home Turf’s online shops, customer communications, and projects running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing details, and delivering a great customer experience. **What You’ll Do** * **Product creation and site merchandising:** Generate collection proposals. Build and update online product listings and collections, including descriptions, mockups, sizes, colors, and approved pricing. Organize collections, check accuracy, and keep team shops current and easy to browse. * **Customer service:** Manage customer emails, assist with sizing and order questions, coordinate exchanges, and follow up on delivery or product concerns. Bring exceptions to the owners for resolution. * **Project support:** Track deadlines, organize order and project details, follow up on outstanding information, and help prepare collections and bulk orders for launch or delivery. **What We’re Looking For** * Some experience in e\-commerce, customer service, or small\-business operations. * Familiarity with Shopify or a similar online store platform is a plus. * Strong writing, organization, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage priorities, multi\-task and follow projects through to completion. * Availability for the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule.
