We're building a category.About the RoleWe're hiring a Technical business Operations Lead to be the systems backbone of Sage Haus.You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Services, Marketing and Product — keeping our tools sharp, our data clean, our automations humming, and our SOPs current. Day one is tactical: you'll own our operational stack, build automations, and make our existing systems sing. Over time, the role grows into more strategic work — growth-strategy projects, data architecture, and the operational developments that shapes where Sage Haus goes next.This role is for the person who sees a messy spreadsheet and can't help but fix it. Who builds a automation before anyone asks.
