**Overview** **We’re looking for a Digital Content Creator who designs, edits, and produces social\-first** **content using whatever tool gets them to a polished result fastest.** This role didn’t exist five years ago. Back then, you’d hire a graphic designer and a video editor separately. Today, those lines have blurred, and you live in that overlap. You’re not a traditional designer who learned video on the side. You’re the modern hybrid, someone who opens CapCut as naturally as Photoshop, who uses Claude and AI tools as part of their actual workflow, and who thinks natively in social formats: reels, carousels, stories, short\-form video. You’re also someone who’s naturally plugged into what’s happening in culture, content, and social. You don’t need to be told what’s trending, you already know. You’re in the comments, on the For You page, saving references, and spotting formats before they peak. That instinct is part of how you create. At Onda, we’re not a content factory. We care about aesthetics, craft, and intention. You’ll have the space to do thoughtful work, and a senior team around you to learn from and grow with. **What you'll do:** * **Create** **social\-first content** **across** **formats** — reels, carousels, stories, static posts, short\-form video, motion graphics, and digital assets. Every piece should feel crafted, not generated. * **Blend** **graphic design** **and** **video** **editing** **fluidly** — these aren’t two separate jobs to you. You move between a carousel layout and a reel edit without switching mindsets. * **Work** **across** **the** **modern** **creator** **stack** — CapCut is your go\-to for video. Photoshop and Illustrator are there when precision demands it. AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or whatever’s next) are part of how you produce. * **Think** **in** **platform** **formats** — you design a TikTok hook, a LinkedIn carousel, an Instagram story sequence. Every piece is built for where it lives. * **Stay** **on** **top** **of** **trends** **—\*** naturally\* — you already know what’s trending before the team asks. You follow the culture, spot emerging formats, and bring references and ideas proactively. * **Adapt** **across** **brand** **worlds** — multiple client accounts, each with its own visual identity. Your aesthetic sense flexes; it doesn’t default to one look. * **Learn** **from** **a\*** smallseniorteam\* — no layers. You’ll work directly with strategists, account leads, and the founder. Real direction, real feedback, real ownership early on. **MUST\-HAVES** * 1–3 years creating social media and digital content (agency, freelance, or brand\-side what matters is the work). * Strong CapCut proficiency — polished short\-form video, confidently and consistently. * Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. * Active use of AI creative tools — specifically Claude for creative workflows, plus tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or Firefly as part of how you
