As a member of Iterable’s Operations team, you will play a key role in developing strategy, process, and reporting for our growing Sales department. Your ultimate goal is to drive cross\-functional strategic insights and detailed analytics into the sales process, so we can scale our business through data\-driven decisions.
We have 4 main objectives: (1\) provide our internal teams with process and reporting that allows them to spend minimal time with data entry and maximum time with prospects and customers; (2\) provide executives with key analytics that enable them to scale the business through data\-driven decisions; (3\) provide our prospects and customers with the best service and experience possible; and, (4\) put efficient processes in place that will scale with our growth.
**What you’ll do…**
* Work cross\-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to report business KPIs, identify key insights, and suggest areas of improvement
* Identify new processes and tools to increase automation, improve efficiency, and reduce manual overhead
* Partner with Sales management to increase the understanding of our business, improve decision\-making, and increase sales productivity
* Create and maintain KPI dashboards for business partners
* Perform ad\-hoc analysis and come up with your own projects to support ongoing strategic and tactical business initiatives
