Data Collection Moderator (Remote) – Spanish Speaker Job Type: Contract (3 Months)Location: Remote (United States)Schedule: Full\-Time / Part\-Time About the Role We are seeking Spanish speakers to join our AI Data Collection team as Data Collection Moderators. In this role, you will host remote video recording sessions, guide participants through the recording process, and ensure all sessions meet project quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who are comfortable interacting with people in a professional remote environment. Responsibilities * Host and moderate online video recording sessions with 1–4 participants. * Explain session instructions and assist participants throughout the recording process in Spanish. * Monitor audio, video, and overall recording quality. * Ensure participants follow project guidelines during each session. * Provide feedback and request re\-recordings when necessary. * Track participant attendance and session completion. * Manage scheduling updates, cancellations, and no\-shows. * Review transcripts for accuracy and alignment with recorded audio. * Upload recordings and required documentation after each session. * Maintain confidentiality and comply with all project policies and data privacy requirements. Qualifications * Native or fluent Spanish speaker. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. * Comfortable using video conferencing platforms and computer applications. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple sessions daily. * Previous experience in customer service, moderation, recruiting, research, training, or participant support is a plus but not required. * Must be authorized to work remotely in the United States. Schedule * Full\-time or part\-time hours. * Approximately 3\-month contract. * Weekend or evening availability may be required based on project needs.
