Litigation & Pre-Litigation Paralegal

They operate within the legal services industry and have built a strong reputation in recent years through consistent case outcomes and streamlined legal operations.This role is ideal for an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal based in Latin America who thrives in a fast-paced litigation and pre-litigation environment. The paralegal will support multiple active cases, work closely with attorneys, and handle direct communication with clients and third parties. This is a hands-on position requiring strong organization, legal drafting skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned litigation and pre-litigation cases from intake through resolutionHandle client follow-ups and maintain consistent, professional communicationDraft and assist with discovery responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and admissionsSupport motion practice through legal research and drafting assistanceCoordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and internal case deadlinesRequest, organize, and summarize medical records and billing documentationAssist with demand packages and pre-suit correspondenceTrack deadlines, billing requests, and maintain accurate, well-organized case filesUse Microsoft Office, legal software, and AI-assisted tools to draft correspondence while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality RequirementsPrevious experience as a paralegal in litigation and/or pre-litigation mattersFluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (English proficiency is critical)Strong organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlinesComfortable working independently in a high-volume environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and modern legal technologyQualificationsExperience supporting personal injury casesConfidence communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendorsMature, reliable, and professional approach to confidential legal mattersAbility to adapt quickly to task and priority changes BenefitsFull-time position100% remoteWork with a U.S.-based legal teamLong-term stability and consistent workloadOpportunity to deepen litigation and case management experience Originally posted on Himalayas
