This is a hands\-on, travel\-heavy role focused on leasing, sales support, marketing execution, and on\-site team training. You’ll step into communities that need extra leasing support \- helping drive occupancy, train leasing teams, and strengthen leasing and marketing performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, thrives in fast\-paced environments, and has a strong background in student housing leasing. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ ### **Leasing \& Sales** * Conduct apartment tours and actively close leases * Follow up with prospects and complete leasing paperwork * Support on\-site leasing teams with sales strategies and closing techniques * Review daily traffic, objections, and leasing performance with site leaders * Ensure leasing offices and materials are current and organized ### **Marketing \& Outreach** * Support annual marketing and renewal campaigns * Conduct weekly market surveys and competitor analysis * Attend and support campus and housing\-related events * Build relationships with university and campus partners * Adjust marketing strategies based on leasing results and feedback ### **Training \& Leadership Support** * Train and coach leasing teams on sales, follow\-ups, and leasing procedures * Help manage leasing staff during on\-site assignments * Motivate teams to meet daily and weekly leasing goals * Serve as interim leasing leadership when needed ### **Administrative \& Reporting** * Manage lease files and ensure accuracy and completion * Enter executed leases into the leasing system * Assist with weekly and weekend reporting * Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems ### **Property \& Customer Experience** * Inspect model units daily to ensure tour readiness * Maintain high standards for office and model presentation * Communicate property or maintenance concerns to leadership * Build positive relationships with residents to encourage referrals **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- ### **Required / Preferred Qualifications** * 1 \- 2 years of student housing leasing manager sales experience required * Bachelor’s degree preferred * Marketing or leasing campaign experience is a plus ### **Skills \& Abilities** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable training and supporting on\-site teams * Organized, detail\-oriented, and adaptable * Able to manage multiple priorities in changing environments * Willing and able to travel extensively and work fle
