If you're driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you.As a Project Manager, you will partner closely with Solutions Architects and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful Pigment customer implementations, ensuring customers understand the platform’s value and achieve strong adoption.You will own project scope, timelines, and budgets, keeping all contributors aligned on progress and priorities while maintaining clear internal reporting and escalating issues when needed.You will proactively respond to customer requests for project resources, anticipate risks and challenges, and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track.Through a collaborative, communicative, and process-driven approach, you will support Solutions Architects and help ensure consistent project success.Additional Responsibilities:Manage and maintain customers relationships, ensuring that all customers attain a high level of adoption and business value from using PigmentDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors to create passion and satisfaction for PigmentDevelop deep product expertise and creativity to work closely with our product team on the product vision and roadmapParticipate in updating Pigment’s project management methodologyDeliver awe-inspiring presentations and trainings, provide insightful practices and structure creative solutionWho You Are:You have experience in deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organisations Significant experience in project management, sales or professional services at a software/SaaS companyHighly organised and strong attention to detail to make sure that deliverables and projects are completed on time.Ability to act as a leader and a team member first supporting internal project team members in achieving their tasks with minimal disruptionAbility to act as a mediator for stakeholders with conflicting requirements and help create consensus to move towards a shared goal and outcome.Ability to build commitment and excitement within the project team including external and internal contributorsYou lead by example through showcasing empathy and strong resilience when facing setbacks Display of growth mindset and constructive problem solving approachProven track record of building strong customer relationships, a deep sense of empathy and dedicationExperience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audienceAbility to explain technical solutions, establish goals, develop opportunities, and provide reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the customer experienceStrategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environmentAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needsExperience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervisionBA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferredWhat We Offer: Competitive compensation package Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growthComprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage for you & your loved onesWe encourage you to take the time you need.
