Our **Clinical** **Reconciliation Specialist** is responsible for the reconciliation of client receivables in accordance with contractual agreements. Includes review of all Clinical Trial revenues and expenses, as well as interaction with various departments in order to determine the validity of charges and payments received from sponsors.
***This is a remote position based in the US; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.***
**Duties include and are not limited to** :
* Reconcile in detail clinical trial receivables to ensure final billing to pharmaceutical companies is accurate and timely
* Reconcile Sarah Cannon financial study data across multiple sources.
* Review and interpret contracts and budgets
* Work with operations and other departments to resolve variances
* Respond to requests for information from Corporate, Internal Audit, Operations and Management
* Perform Analysis of contracted revenue triggers to determine eligibility for reimbursement.
* Ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications include:**
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 1\-2 years' work experience in Accounting or Finance in a medical, clinical trial research or healthcare\-related environment
* Experience with Microsoft products including above average use of Excel and financial accounting systems such as Quickbooks.
* Knowledge of research techniques to analyze and evaluate financial data and information.
